The ground floor of the villa includes a spacious living room with open kitchen/dining area and access to the large terrace with outdoor lounge and dining area. There is an outdoor kitchen with sink, fridge and a barbeque. The ground floor also comprises a guest WC, a bedroom with en suite bathroom and access to a private pergola-covered terrace.

The upper floor includes a bedroom with access to 2 terraces, one of which is furnished with a comfortable settee and has a pergola.

The lower ground floor includes 2 bedrooms, both with access to the pool, one of which with a pergola-covered sitting area, 2 bathrooms, and a game room with pool table, and TV. Next to the main door leading to the pool, there is also a fridge/freezer which is very convenient for drinks/snacks by the pool.

The garage has been turned in to a gym, and by opening the garage door fully, you can easily perform your workout outside. The gym has dumbells, olympic barbell with weights, a power tower, kettlebells and more.

There is air-conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room/kitchen. The game room/pool table has a fan and two sofabeds, but no a/c.
