You can reserve the villa without obligation for a few days. When you confirm your booking you will receive a contract with payment information. A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking and must be received within 1 week. The balance must be paid latest 8 weeks prior to your arrival date. If you book later than 8 weeks prior to arrival date, the entire rental amount must be paid to secure your booking. All amounts are to be paid by bank transfer in Euro, unless otherwise agreed. Number of guests cannot exceed the number of beds available for the villa. Bed for toddler or baby can be provided upon request.
